At Henry & Wallace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
